Terms of Service

SEO Triage is an SEO decision engine that analyzes your website's keyword performance and categorizes opportunities into three outputs: Quick Wins, Opportunities, and At Risk. The service combines data from Google Search Console and third-party SEO data providers to generate actionable scoring.

You must be at least 16 years old to use SEO Triage. To use the service, you must provide a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One account per person — shared or automated accounts are not permitted.

You agree not to:

• Abuse or overload the service (automated scraping, excessive API calls)
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense data obtained from SEO Triage
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the scoring algorithm
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

SEO Triage offers two tiers:

• Free — 1 domain, monthly refresh
• Pro — 49€/month, unlimited domains, weekly refresh, 14-day free trial

Billing is processed through Stripe. Additionally:

• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds are issued for partial billing periods
• If payment fails, we will notify you by email before downgrading your account

When you connect Google Search Console, you grant SEO Triage read-only access to your search performance data. We access keyword-level clicks, impressions, CTR, and position data.

• We never modify, delete, or write to your Search Console
• You can revoke access at any time via your Google Account permissions
• Revoking access will pause scoring for the connected domain until you reconnect

SEO Triage provides data-driven recommendations based on third-party data sources (DataForSEO, Google Search Console). Scores and recommendations are advisory — they are not guarantees of search engine ranking improvements.

Search engine algorithms change frequently. We make no warranty that the data is complete, accurate, or up-to-date at all times.

The SEO Triage scoring engine, interface, and brand are our intellectual property. Your keyword data, GSC data, and domain information remain yours. We claim no ownership over your data.

SEO Triage is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, rankings, or data.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate at any time. You can delete your account or cancel your subscription from account settings. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms after notice.

Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days upon request. See our Privacy Policy for details on data retention.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you by email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be submitted to the competent courts of Lyon, France.
